They are used to relieve moderate pain such as headaches, migraines, period pain, toothache, muscular aches, and back pain.
How should I take Paramol Tablets?
Adults should take one or two tablets every 4–6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Can I take Paramol with other painkillers?
You should not take Paramol with any other products containing paracetamol or dihydrocodeine. Always check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining painkillers.
Who should not take Paramol Tablets?
