Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Post-Purchase Changes
Cancellations Policy
In accordance with UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) guidelines, we are unable to reuse or resell any medication that has been dispensed. This includes sealed medication that has left our premises. Once an order is approved, our dispensary processes it swiftly, meaning we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns requested by patients after the order has been placed, unless required by our clinical team to ensure safety and suitability.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot reuse returned medications, and therefore cannot issue refunds for returned items. If you have unwanted medication from an order, please contact us to arrange for its safe return and disposal.
Once we receive any returned items, if it is deemed safe to do so, we may re-ship the medication back to you. This process can take several days. Please note, we cannot replace any items that have expired during the return transit to our dispensary. Depending on the nature of the returned medication there may be a further delivery charge payable.
For further details about our delivery services, please visit our Delivery page.
Refunds Policy
If our clinical team rejects your order for any reason, your refund will be processed automatically within 5-10 business days, though in some instances, it may take up to 14 days.
If we request additional information from you to review your assessment and approve your order, and we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our Patient Care Team, and we will do our best to resolve them.
