At Kings Pharmacy, we are pleased to offer an Express Delivery option for customers within Central London. With Express Delivery, your order can be delivered within 90 minutes, ensuring you receive your medications quickly and conveniently. This option is only available for delivery addresses located inside the Central London area. If your address falls outside of this zone, you will still have access to our Next Day or 1st Class delivery options via Royal Mail.
We aim to send out orders as soon as possible so that they reach you within 90 minutes of order approval by our prescriber, if you are unavailable to take the order then orders are returned back to the pharmacy and a new delivery charge must be paid for re-delivery.
Standard delivery is free for orders over £50, excluding next-day delivery or refrigerated products such as Wegovy or Mounjaro. After placing an order, we will perform an ID check using a specialist verification service. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may require additional information and will contact you for this. Our clinical team may also reach out to ensure that your chosen medication is safe and appropriate for you. In some cases, we may need to speak to anyone ordering medication via phone or video call. We cannot dispatch any medication until both the ID check and clinical assessment are completed and approved, which may cause delays.
Next-day delivery is only available for orders placed and clinically approved by 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, or by 12 pm on Saturday. A signature is required for next-day or express refrigerated deliveries of prescription medications. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery, though the person signing does not need to be the named patient.
Please ensure that if you have any specific delivery instructions for your order that you leave an order note at the checkout screen.
For safety reasons, our couriers are instructed not to leave refrigerated parcels in a designated safe place.
We currently ship medication only within the UK.
If a delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive it, we are unable to replace or refund the item. However, we will work with you to re-ship any returned items, if safe to do so, once they have arrived at our dispensary, which may take several days. We are not able to replace any items that expire during the return transit.
Our couriers will deliver to the address provided with the order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect and results in a failed delivery, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
