What are loratadine tablets used for?

They are used to relieve allergy symptoms including sneezing, itchy or runny nose, watery eyes, and itchy skin rashes such as hives.

Loratadine tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 2 years and over, following the dosing instructions in the leaflet.

Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, as directed.

Loratadine usually starts to work within 1–3 hours.

Most people do not feel drowsy, but mild tiredness can occur in some individuals.

Yes, most people can drive as normal. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
