Who can take Nytol Liquid?

Nytol Liquid is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over only.

It is used for the short-term relief of temporary sleep disturbance, such as difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.

Take the recommended dose shortly before bedtime. Allow sufficient time for sleep (at least 8 hours) to reduce the risk of next-day drowsiness.

Nytol Liquid should be used for a short period only, typically no more than a few nights. If sleep problems persist, seek medical advice.
