Is the vaccine deposit refundable?
The £20 deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice, as vaccine stock and appointment time are reserved specifically for you.
Will the deposit come off the final vaccine price?
Yes, the £20 deposit is deducted from the total cost of your vaccine on the day of your appointment.
Can I rearrange my vaccine appointment?
Yes, appointments can usually be rearranged with adequate notice. Please contact the pharmacy as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
