Paramol Tablets provide strong and effective relief from moderate pain, including headaches, migraines, period pain, toothache, rheumatic pain, and muscle aches. Each tablet contains paracetamol (500mg) and dihydrocodeine (7.46mg), combining two active ingredients to help ease pain and discomfort when milder painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen alone are not sufficient.
Paramol Tablets should only be used for short-term relief of pain and taken exactly as directed. Prolonged or excessive use can lead to dependency or other side effects. Always read the label and patient information leaflet before use.
Do not take with any other medicines containing paracetamol.
They are used to relieve moderate pain such as headaches, migraines, period pain, toothache, muscular aches, and back pain.
Adults should take one or two tablets every 4–6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.
You should not take Paramol with any other products containing paracetamol or dihydrocodeine. Always check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining painkillers.
Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol, dihydrocodeine, or any of the ingredients. Avoid use if you have breathing difficulties, liver problems, or if you regularly consume large amounts of alcohol. Seek medical advice before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
